HIZIR.NEWS Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement is made between HIZIR.NEWS ("the Site") and the user who becomes a member of the Site ("the Member"). By becoming a member of the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Scope of Membership: Membership grants access to certain sections, content, and features of the Site. The Site reserves the right to change membership conditions and services offered without prior notice.

2. Member Responsibilities:

• The Member undertakes to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering on the Site.

• The Member is solely responsible for the security of their account and the confidentiality of their password.

• The Member is personally responsible for all actions and shares (comments, news shares, profile information, etc.) made through the Site.

• The Member agrees to comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international legal rules, and not to publish or share illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, or content that violates the rights of third parties.

• The Member undertakes to respect copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

3. Content Responsibility and Legal Sanctions:

• HIZIR.NEWS does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or legality of any content (news, comments, images, videos, etc.) added to or shared on the Site by Members.

• All content added or shared on the Site is the sole responsibility of the Member who added or shared it.

• HIZIR.NEWS reserves the right to remove, edit, or block access to content found to be illegal or in violation of the provisions of this Agreement without prior notice.

• In the event that the Member engages in illegal activities or violates the provisions of this Agreement, HIZIR.NEWS has the right to suspend or terminate the Membership and inform the relevant legal authorities.

• Any damage and loss that HIZIR.NEWS or third parties may suffer as a result of the Member's actions will be compensated by the relevant Member.

4. Privacy Policy: The Member declares that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy of HIZIR.NEWS.

5. Dispute Resolution: Turkish Republic laws shall apply to all disputes arising from this Agreement, and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.

6. Effectiveness: This Agreement comes into effect upon the Member's registration on the Site and remains valid until the Membership is terminated.
